On Sunday evening my garage door broke and my car was stuck inside! My husband wasn’t able to get the door open and I’m 34 weeks pregnant so I wasn’t any help! I called Action Door first thing this morning and Brittany was from service was able to get a tech here as soon as I could get home from work. I didn’t catch his name but on the paperwork it is Tech #62. He immediately knew the issue and was able to fix in less than a hour. I am very pleased with the prompt response and customer service. I would definitely recommend Action Door.

Great company, straight forward pricing. The tech that came out and installed was fast, friendly and answered any questions I had. You just cant go wrong with this company.

Tech did a fantastic job, he was in and out fast and his attitude was something you don’t see often anymore. Respectful, polite, helpful were words he used. He gave helpful tips on keeping it working correctly.

Great experience with Action Door today. Came when they said they would, were very efficient and although both my cars were still in the garage, able to repair the broken spring working around them. Would use again!

I am so pleased with your company’s service and professionalism. Technician Ross did a fabulous job of correcting the problem and he completed the job in a relatively short time frame. In addition, the cost for repair was very reasonable. My garage door works perfectly and is operating in fine fashion! Since the visit, it’s even more quiet. The grunting noise is gone. Of course, the repair included lubricating the various parts and also tightening-up some connections that had loosened over time. I would highly recommend Action Door. Thank you!

I had an appointment on 12/30/15 from the Stow office to replace a spring on one of my garage doors. The job order was 252841. The sad part was I don’t recall the gentleman’s name. His initials on the order were JAS. He was prompt, very courteous, well educated about the job, very distinct and clear in the explanation of what was wrong and the corrective action and completed the repair in half the time he allotted. I hope you appreciate such a fine employee and wanted to give him the accolade he deserved. I’m sure you all don’t hear this often.
